Customer Service to arrange calls

We are selling & maintaining copier for corporate company.
Job description:-
- Handle calls & whatsapp with customer issues
- First level support for customer issues
- Identify customer issues with sample prints provided
- Schedule service job / assign calls
- Liase with technical to schedule calls
- Liase with accounts for overdue customer
- Daily summary job report
- Monthly retrieval of meter reading
- Working weekdays: Monday - Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Working Saturday : 8.30am - 12.30pm
- Singapore Times
