JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to hire 2-4 highly skilled individuals for our growing tour company based in San Francisco, CA.
The shifts would be based on Pacific Standard Time 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience with customer service, sales, dispatching, email management, time management, and excellent attention to detail.

The successful applicant will need to have great experience in inbound tourism and be a proven manager of people. Training offered for the right candidate.

For administrative roles, they will work directly with our customers and owners, answering phones, scheduling tours, responding to email inquiries, and making bookings!

The successful applicants will report to the owners or operations manager. They will play a large role in managing the day-to-day operations of the business and other tea ---------- mbers.

POSITION SUMMARY:

•40% Answering phones, making bookings, scheduling, coordinating with customers, dispatch for drivers, responding to emails, pre-tour communication with guides, word processing.

•20% Digital waiver acquisition and verification, vehicle maintenance logs, inventory

•40% assisting with general tour operations and administration duties - Monday thru Friday
