- Onboarding and managing clients in CRM.
- Performing Analysis of personal credit with client via Zoom
- File ---------- anizing and consolidating all supporting documents.
- Application docs checking
- Checking all supporting docs received from the client
- Calling banks in USA to ask about credit scenarios and bank policy on various products
- Perform borrowing capacity calculations for new scenarios
- Emailing customers/clients for general info
- Calling Lenders for follow up
- Following up outstanding documents from clients and for banks in the USA
- Other adhoc duties
- MUST be able to work without supervision
- Chat, Email & Phone handling (handling escalated calls)-
- MUST have work experience with | Hubstaff | Google Docs/Sheets | MSOffice | Basic Adobe Photoshop |
-Preferred software experience- |Asana | Slack | Dropbox
