Join our growing team of talented professionals and be part of an amazing eCommerce company based in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Shanghai.
Right now, we have a small, but growing team of Rockstar employees who handle multiple assignments. Over the next few months, as the business grows, we anticipate having more work than we can handle. We are looking for a versatile Customer Service VA with strong writing and speaking skills who will help us with our expected workload and be part of the company for years to come.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Answering customer service
WORKING SCHEDULE: NIGHT SHIFT, WEEKDAY RD
QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Strong English writing skills and good writing personality
• Min 40hour/week commitment + time/task documentation
• Regular daily hours
• At least 2 years experience in customer service
• Experience with Shopify, Zendesk/Gorgias, Asana, Hubstaff/Time Doctor, and Avaya is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset and passion. Highly curious. Fast learner. Willingness to try to figure things out independently.
• Quiet space. FAST internet.
