Customer Service - Night Time Role for Traders

Hello,

We are looking for a superstar night time customer support person who has experience in the forex/crypto/trading industry.

Maybe you have worked at a broker before?
Maybe you trade yourself?
Maybe you have worked at another trading related company?

We are looking for someone who has experience and is passionate about the industry.

This is a full time role and we are looking for someone who wants to make a great career out of it. To start with it is an entry level role doing admin tasks and supporting our team.

You will then learn the business and move into more of a customer support role. For this you will receive training so that you know all areas of the business, so you can give outstanding customer ---------- om there you have scope to be promoted to a senior support representative with high salary and responsibilities.

The work hours are night shifts from 9pm to 6am so that we have customer support 24 hours 5 days a week. You may be required to work some additional hours during the day for training purposes.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, turns up on time and is an excellent communicator.

Additional languages are looked upon favourably, but not mandatory.
