Accountant / Senior Bookkeeper Needed

Accountant / Tax / Senior Bookkeeper Needed to clean / update 70 client files, QuickBooks desktop adjusting entries may be required.

New US tax reporting requirements require us to report basis on US tax returns (Form 7203) - we will need you to build a spreadsheet showing equity basis of S-Corps and partnerships with changes to equity and basis year over year. You must understand book vs. Federal ---------- adjustments and how/why they are different - No training will be provided - you must know what you are doing.

PT / FT / Freelance available - hourly rate over $15/hr is negotiable based on experience.
