Customer Services Rep

We are looking for a professional person to help us our with our eCommerce business. Responding to support tickets, helping customers with Tracking Information and returns. Working with our shipping partners to submit damaged item claims etc. You will be required to work with the customer, in a customer-sentric environment to resolve order issues quickly.
