Responsibilities:
Providing a perfect post-sales experience for our clients, day to day support and guidance to ensure complete client satisfaction and identifying opportunities to provide additional services to our clients..
Developing long term client relationships, client retention and continued client support.
Knowing the conversion numbers for each client.
Tasks includes:
Helping customers and building good customer relationships
Inbound and outbound customer interaction, resolve issues or problems. Communicating with other team members regularly making sure work gets done in a timely and efficient manner
Check work done by team members making corrections and recommendations as I see fit prior to sending it to client
Follow up and Follow through with clients on a regular basis
Weekly call reports out to all clients
Monthly campaign reports out to all clients
Emailing and communicating with vendors, interns and other individuals that need help – (30 mins)
Work with the CEO closely on an ongoing basis to learn and grow
Qualifications:
American blood
Preferably female
Teachability 10/10
Must have an experience with handling clients and customers.
Must be good with calls and composing emails and letters.
