The Podcast Manager will manage the production and promotion functions for Elevate Podcast while supporting the host in executing on the vision and growing the platform. We’re seeking an Podcast Manager who is an A-player, is curious and eager to learn, and has a positive attitude.

Position will support the two creator and host of Elevate Podcast in the many aspects of running the platform, spanning from guest relations & outreach, advertising management, growth of the podcast, copywriting and SEO, website management, promotion strategy & content planning and overall support to Tyler Chesser.

Podcast Manager Job Description
Elevate Podcast is seeking to grow its team by hiring a new Podcast Manager to support our growing podcast platform. This individual will manage business related tasks for the team such as website management, managing the distribution of new podcast episodes via our podcast platform, ensuring quality control from our video and audio editor team prior to release of any new episode, managing advertiser relationships, coordinating new guest appearances and securing new guests, managing voice overs and music overs, answering questions for current or past guests, assisting in all podcast production duties for the podcast in general and individually for each episode, assisting the executive team in locating and securing new freelance or employee talent to strengthen the team, manage and organize all process related files or systems, manage advertising contracts and timelines, suggest strategic improvements and improved outreach to grow the show, support the growth of the show through creating and executing email marketing campaigns, assist the executive team in managing budgets, manage intellectual property of the company, coordinate listener and guest gifts, manage accounts payable and receivable, Manage IT & other technology processes/vendors, Manage vendor relationships, checklist creation and process management and other organizational tasks. To do this role properly you should have a detailed understanding of the full Microsoft Office suite & the Google suite, be extremely fast at solving problems, be a driven self-starter and have experience as a project manager or a podcast manager in the past. You should have experience in media with a focus on project management.

This professional will work as part of an experienced investment team involved in interviewing some of the world’s most impressive real estate investors, Olympic athletes, movie stars, authors and so much more. This role is central to the many moving parts of our organization and a critical piece of our execution and further growth.

Podcast Manager Requirements:
? Experience as a Podcast Manager, Project Manager or Operations Manager Showing Demonstrated Success in this Capacity
? In-depth understanding of the entire MS Office Suite & Google Suite
? Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
? Must be a self starter and initiative taker.
? Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
? A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
? Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
? Experience and/or basic understanding of the multifamily real estate industry.
? Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well at all levels of the organization and with third party vendors.
? Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment and thrive managing a multitude of projects at the same time. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical in this role.
? Ability to operate with minimal oversight with a mindset that takes full ownership of their role and responsibilities while collaborating with the rest of the team.
