Responsibilities:

- Understand business requirements and translate them into marketing solutions;

- Consult on the marketing side of different projects and advice action plans;

- Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy based on our custom business needs, especially concerning traffic improvement, identifying new channels, producing leads and engagement, etc;

- Develop a strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing targeted customers;

- Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy;

- Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.

- Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

- Continual internal process and procedure documentation and improvement


Requirements:

- Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing;

- Proficient in content marketing theory and application;

- Previous experience in lead generation, PPC campaigns;

- Proficiency in SEO and other digital marketing strategies would be an advantage;

- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound;

- Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios;

- Maintains excellent skills in English.

- We would like to get leads for companies in the financial industry, experience with similar account is a huge plus!

- We will be using Slack, Google Drive, Asana, Hootsuite, as our main tools for business

- You will also be managing the social media campaign and strategy for our company
