1. must have experience with US medical insurance
2. With good communication skills
3. Speaks English fluently
4. Call Center experience preferred
5. Assist with handling authorizations, referrals, and insurance verifications.
6. A can-do attitude and no other commitments
7. used to be a fast-paced environment
8. 20 Mbps and up wired DSL and has backup connection
9. DUAL monitors
10. starting rate of $4/hr during training ---------- crease based on learning curve and level of performance up to $6
