Director of Operations For SaaS Business

We are looking for an operations director for an existing SasS business that is able to get things done. You would come in an assume all responsibilities needed to better systemize the business, manage the team and grow revenue. We are looking for someone who is driven and looking for a role with a lot of responsibility and up-side. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and be able to deliver results given week-to-week strategic direction. We are looking for an implementer that is great at knocking tasks out and making progress.

Requirements:
- Must have operations experience leading teams and driving process improvement.
- Must know how to create SOPs for process efficiency and improvement.
- Must have management experience
- Must be looking for a job that requires persistence
- Must have strong English communication skills
- Ideally have a good handle on Excel/Spreadsheets for organization
- Technical knowledge is not needed beyond regular strong computer skills and tech-communication tools
