Social Media Manager For Clients

We are a growing podcast startup looking to add to our upbeat team of over 15. Our team is international but mostly based out of the Philippines. We are looking for long-term dedicated applicants only.

Our culture revolves around accountability and self-responsibility so no need to worry about managers breathing down your neck about projects. We have more than enough work to go around so as long as you are able to meet deadlines and maintain good communication we'll have more than enough to keep you busy.

We currently do not offer any social media scheduling/management services but are looking for someone to take over this role for 20+ clients on platforms like tik tok, Instagram reels, and LinkedIn.

Skills Required:
-Writing Social Media Captions (Fluent English writing is a MUST)
-Familiar with scheduling software and all social platforms
-Understands how to schedule posts for tik tok, Instagram reels, and LinkedIn
-Meets deadlines for post scheduling
-Online during EST hours to communicate with team/clients


Additionally, you will be working as a part of a team and will be communicating with others. This is not an isolating position :)


In terms of compensation, we are a project-based team; the more you complete, the more you will get paid during a certain pay period. The first few weeks will start as a part-time position but can very quickly turn into full-time once you have proved yourself with your work. Being online and available to work from 9am -5pm EST M-F is a MUST.
