Data Specialist / Learn to be Salesforce Site Admin

We are looking for a talented person whom can work with SQL, CSV files and ETL software to import data into Salesforce SalescCloud.

When you are not importing data we need help with our support desk team answering Salesforce Site Admin questions.
This includes answering support tickets, writing support articles and troubleshooting errors.

If you are a data expert looking for a company that will support your Salesforce career this is a role for you.

You will also analyse project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors with our Salesforce administration team.

To ensure success as a Data Specialist / Salesforce Site Administrator , you should have extensive experience working with Data in SQL, CSV, Excel Formats. Jitterbit experience will be an advantage. You will need an attitude of problem solving and a want to learn.

This role has long term ability for you to be supported in your Salesforce career in a Developer, Site Administrator or App builder capacity.

Responsibilities
- Meeting with project managers to determine import requirements and data cleaning required.
- Use skills to import data from SQL, CSV into Salesforce SalesCloud
- When available help with Salesforce Site Admin Support tickets.
- Developing customised solutions within the Salesforce platform.
- Cleaning data through Excel Formulas
- Building of Jitterbit Schemas, AWS Scripts, Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
- Creating timelines and development goals.
- Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
- Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
- Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce staff.
- Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.


Data Specialist Requirements:
- Data Integration & ETL experience a must
- 3+ years experience as a data specialist
- Strong Excel experience
- Salesforce, SQL, Dataloader, Excel and Jitterbit Experience
- Ability to read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats.
- In-depth knowledge of data retrieval and storage systems.
- Problem solving abilities
- A want to learn
- Ability to work independently on projects.
- Knowledge of computer hardware systems and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with end-user training and support.

We have offices in Cebu and Manilla and will allow a work from home whilst the current Covid situation is underway. Our team love working together and learning off each other.
