JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be providing HR, Accounts and other administrative support to the Company's Leadership team. The main job scopes includes the following:
- Recruitment (e.g. Posting Job Ads, Filtering Job Applications, Scheduling Interviews, Conducting First Round Interviews, Scheduling subsequent round interviews with Managers)
- On-boarding and Off-boarding employees (e.g. Updating employee database, giving employees access to applications, other general administrative support to the orientation process.
- Payroll preparation (e.g. tabulation and checking of payrolls and incentives for internal team and freelancers)
- Preparation of bills payables (e.g. payments to vendors, staff expenses etc)
- Managing payments and accounts receivables (e.g. tallying payments to invoices, ensuring timely payments from clients)
- Other administrative duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Training will be provided. However, you should have the following skills set and characteristics:
- Tech savvy and proficient in using general software tools (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs,
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Meticulous and good with numbers (you are required to cross check payments, payrolls etc)
- Trustworthy (you will have access to confidential information)
- Efficient and Organised (you will need to help organise and schedule items in a fast and efficient manner)
- Resourceful and independent learner (you will be given tasks that you might need to figure out certain solutions yourself)
- You might need to help out with social media and blogging when required and would be a BONUS if you have experience in using softwares like Canva or photoshop etc.
