Talent Acquisition Associate

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Partners with Academe, LGU and Outplacement services for sourcing, training and branding.
- Build strategies and execute activities that would make Likha an
- Employer of Choice to attract the best of the best talents in the labor market.
- Strategic Sourcing and Budgeting
- Creation of agreements and linkages for all external partners
- Ensuring the right talents are in the right roles through collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team
- Collaborate with other teams such as marketing and designers tocreate promotional content.
- Contributes to establishing organizational cultures and communication to be inclusive.
