Marketing Manager: local SEO and website

Seeking an experienced local SEO expert to improve my local keyword ranking and searchability on Google ---------- cludes building high-ranking backlinks, creating content, optimizing Google My Business, on-page SEO, and migrating my website to Wordpress if required (I currently use Sanity CSM).

Seeking a professional that can teach me about SEO, articulate a strategy based on historical performance for past clients and build standard work for various work done as well as report on results with data.

This person will eventually lead my small team of SEO and other marketing specialists if successful

must have experience in local SEO
preferred experience in physical retail or dispensary SEO and marketing
prefer SEO specialist that already have access to tools such as SEMrush, Yext, etc.
must have experience in both on-page and off-page SEO
must have experience in website development

This role requires 20-40 hours per week from an expert. negotiable based on your track record and experience
