SUMMARY
F8 is a technology consulting firm seeking a detail driven, creative thinker to join our team as a FULL-TIME MARKETING ASSOCIATE. Our clients are arts and cultural organizations based in the NYC/Philadelphia Metro areas.  This exciting opportunity will challenge the ideal candidate to develop, design and copy write compelling and effective design initiatives. Through innovative strong clean design and thoughtful content this candidate will bring to life the impact that technology brings to our clients.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Effective, playful communicator who can develop and nurture relationships between an organization, members of the media and the public. You rely on exceptional writing and public speaking skills to represent the company across various media platforms. Works well with a team. Works hard even when it's not fun. Someone we can trust, rely on, bounce ideas off of and generally have a positive experience with both personally and professionally. We will work together on developing messaging and brand. You remain calm and eager to keep the wheels of the company moving. You are all about vision and asking "How can we communicate this better?"

WHAT YOU NEED TO QUALIFY FOR THE POSITION
• 4-5 years of proven B2B marketing experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or relevant field
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Top-notch writer with the ability to craft compelling and cohesive stories
• Hands-on experience with web and SEO content, ad copy, email, digital, and event marketing
• Expertise in digital marketing and communications
• Comfortable learning and using various marketing and business technologies including Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS, PowerPoint, Drift, Trello, Slack, and more
· Reliable internet and phone service from home

· PREFERRED:
- Experience with website content management, specifically WordPress
- Work from home experience
- After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion graphics design software

WHAT YOU WOULD DO
• Conceptualize and create innovative and effective designs for a variety of projects – both digital and print- including PowerPoint presentations, HTML email communications, marketing campaigns and web/digital/mobile assets - from idea/concept to execution.
• Develop creative opportunities for brand development, awareness and expansion, both internally and externally, while maintaining brand consistency across internal and external markets.
• Assist our Client Relations Team to manage the company's website and social media presence to ensure content is current and appropriately portrayed.
• Work with internal teams, contractors, photographers or videographers as required.
