2D/3D Animated Explainer Video Expert

We are looking for an expert at making explainer videos AND with the ability to custom draw/animate various objects.

We have a draft of a storyboard and a script that is very close to what we want - the pictures/images are still vague. We also need a professional voiceover for the video.
