Freelance Recruiter

My previous job post was not clear. I am seeking an EXPERIENCED RECRUITER. Preferably someone experienced with recruiting in the USA.

This is part time, freelance position but you MUST be able to work at LEAST 4 hours/day during EST business hours, more is preferable. We are a wedding photo/video *agency* and we are growing faster than our contractors can keep up.

Generally, this position falls on the wedding coordinator but she is overwhelmed with all the new bookings and we don't have enough photographers and videographers to keep up with demand.

We are looking to hire/onboard 20+ professional wedding photographers and videographers throughout the states of Vermont and New Hampshire, and perhaps a few in surrounding states as well.

Any sort of similar experience is highly desirable. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

-Managing indeed ads. We run 15+ ads at once, but we probably need to run about double that. Add some, update others, pause and resume (refresh) yet others. Get more cities going. Our instructions clearly tell the photographers/videographers NOT to apply by indeed but to use our form on our website....so what do they do? Apply via indeed. They need to be "herded" back to our website to apply by the form.

-find individuals on instagram/facebook/other social media and recruit them.

-join facebook groups and post there that we're hiring, and follow up with them.

-we've never done LinkedIn recruiting, but that could work.

-open to other ideas for recruitment.

Once we have an interested candidate fill out our google form, we see their current work, and if it meets/exceeds what we're looking for, we pass it up to our corporate office. Once they approve it, we get them started on onboarding. Onboarding is signing a contract and watching about 2 hours of training videos. Once that's set, you're approved for a bonus.

So most of our currently tea ---------- mbers are very happy working with us. They get to work all their own projects and then they can pick and choose whichever (and how many) additional jobs they want. Some people work exclusively through us so they don't have to deal with marketing/sales/advertising/etc as that's not what they want to be doing. We pay THEM $100/hour. They can make a lot more money doing their own weddings, but for most people, this is also a lot of money and works out in their favor to get extra jobs when they aren't busy with their own weddings.

Some contractors work photo + video. That's still only one person, and therefore only one bonus. We do get some couples apply together, that does count as two people and will get you two bonuses.

Some basic training is provided, but experience here is what will make a huge ---------- erested? Talk to me and join us. You'll report directly to my (Filipina) wedding ---------- nd your whatsapp number (and keep notifications on) for a quicker response.
