JOB OVERVIEW

Growing online retailer of b2b products located in Los Angeles seeking humble, hungry and smart Operations Rep in the Philippines to help manage various aspects of day to day operations with emphasis on drop shipping order processing and fulfillment.

Duties:
* Processing orders for fulfillment using QuickBooks, Knowledge Base and Magento.
* Completing orders by using Zendesk to request tracking numbers from suppliers or via automated emails, vendor websites, reports, etc.
* Getting quotes and setting up LTL shipments and logistics related work.
* Customer service.
* Other related operations duties based on candidates strengths.

Requirements:
* This is a full time position and must be online for work during PST Monday to Friday 8am to Upgrade to see actual info AGENCIES
* At least 2+ years experience working in an eCommerce environment.
* Extremely detail oriented, fast learner and computer savvy.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Experience with QuickBooks, Zendesk, Magento, Amazon Seller Central preferred but not required.
