Requirement:
*Experienced Call Center with minimum 10 seats.
* We will need one-person direct contact (owner of the business or manager) that will be present the entire shift to supervise agents and take care of questions, challenges and performance of the agents.
* All agents should work as a team in an office environment which is properly equipped with computer (laptop or desktop), good internet connection and headphones.

Campaign Description:

-It’s a US based INBOUND Softcore Debt collection account.

-Agents needs to communicate and convince debtors who have not paid their outstanding loans and credit card bills.

-Agents must have excellent English and should be able to communicate out of script with debtors.

(We don’t just need robots who can just read and speak the script).

Agents should be able to speak short and effective in way that convinces the debtors.

So, agents should have good presence of mind strategy and skills to collect money from debtors.
