Experience
2+ years of experience a call center, with 1 yr experience in the said role is a plus
Extensive experience in quality assurance preferred
Leadership experience is beneficial, but not required
If no leadership experience, then we expect high performance in an outbound calling campaign
Willing to dial

Training Specialist

Personal Traits:
Highly motivated
Positive attitude
Works well in a team environment
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
Additional certification in training is a plus
Developing digital educational material
Organizing training sessions
Great task management skills
Conducting role-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills

Experience
2+ years of experience a call center, with 1 yr experience in the said role is a plus
Leadership experience is beneficial, but not required
Leadership experience outside the center is a plus
High performance or experience in an outbound calling campaign
