Startup in India need PHP skillsed, programmer , Web Developer , Wordpress Developer and Web Master

We are two founders from India for this startup company in travel space. We need PHP Developer responsible for the creation and implementation Web site using PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and AJAX.
We experience and knowledge of:
• Web Application Development
• PHP
• PHP Framework knowledge (Laravel, CakePHP, Codeigniter, Kohana, Symfony, FuelPHP, etc.
• SQL/MySQL
• Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery
• CMS concepts and implementation (ideally Drupal, WordPress or Magento)
• Good understanding and implementation of SEO
• Connecting and linking website with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc
• Image optimization without compromising the quality, exposure to adobe, photo shop would be advantage
• Convert raw images and layouts from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes

Responsibilities include:
• Participating in a team-oriented environment to develop complex web-based applications
• Maintaining existing codebase, to include troubleshooting bugs and adding new features
• Use MVC frameworks and OOPs concepts to build scalable modular applications. Participate in the entire lifecycle of the product - design, documentation, coding, testing and deployment.
• Converting data from various formats (Excel, ACCESS etc.) into developed databases
• You will be helping develop our web-based applications using object-oriented PHP on a traditional LAMP stack.
• You will also be working with other team members, customers, and vendors to help identify and understand business requirements
• You will be learning new technologies frequently, so a desire to learn will be absolutely necessary
• Developing mobile/handheld device friendly website

And experience knowledge with these would be very helpful....

• Good problem -solving and debugging skills in ambiguous scenarios
• Ability to research and identify solutions with minimal support

• Communication skills - comfortable in understanding and explaining design & implementation to team.
