Virtual Assistant Responsibilities:

This role focuses primarily on assisting the Project Specialist with day to day tasks, duties will include but are not limited to:
Organizing data into spreadsheets and presenting reports
Assisting in social media influencer scouting
Research in sales data
Product development research
Research outbound and inbound freight shipping options
Organize tasks and set reminders


Requirements
Organized and detail oriented
Experience in task management
Works well with teams
Proficient with Google Drive applications such as Sheets and Docs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in problem solving
1-2 Years experience working as a virtual assistant
Hours required: 9am-5PM EST


Preference will be given to those with familiarity to software applications utilized like Shopify, Shipstation, and/or Quickbooks.
