Hi!! This is Lia!! Hott Salon is a multi-location salon company offering services ranging from hair & makeup to lash extensions, brow shaping, and body waxing, making sure we provide excellent service and fun experience from start to finish and we are currently looking for an Executive / Social Media Marketing Assistant.

- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Email organization
* Calendar management, Scheduling, and making phone calls
* Travel bookings
* Manage POS software
* Create canva marketing materials
* Email and digital marketing
* Manage social media, handle growth and online presence
* Client communication - follow up and confirmations
* Prepare payroll and pay bills
* Update website
* Handle Shopify
* Handle order supplies for salon
* File organizations, dropbox
* Internal management ( team reminders, calendars )
* Take charge of client reviews on google my business
* Manage hiring ads

Note: Knowledge in Trello, Canva, and Phorest Software is a plus
