Benefits include 15 paid days off, 13th month, equipment bonus, 2 raises a year (sometimes more based on performance), a respectful and welcoming work environment, a variety of assignments. Everyone starts at the same salary - $400 per month full-time (40 hours/week) please do not apply for the position if you are not comfortable with this salary. Work hours are 7 pm to 2 am philippine time, Monday through Friday. After 1 month we offer unlimited overtime so that if you want to earn more, you do not need to go outside of the company.
