Human Resources Manager - Sunbelt Products
About the Position
There’s a lot of interesting work ahead for our new HR Manager and we anticipate the role will grow as the organization evolves. We have strategic plans to expand our workforce while implementing many new processes and systems. Someone who loves to modernize, build, and implement HR operations will really appreciate the opportunities to put your personal touch on things.
We need a patient, forward-thinking leader to take charge of our people operations. They will research and deploy best practices, and plan for the future while partnering with leadership and further developing the HR team.
Your experience across all facets of HR, with specific expertise in recruiting, benefits, culture building, systems implementation, and change management will serve this role well.

What You Will Do:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Maintain an open-door policy and bridge management and employee relations
Complete employee satisfaction surveys and create action plans
Complete wage and benefits surveys and recommend strategies
Refine and manage the recruitment, hiring, testing, and candidate selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Nurture a positive working culture and strong employee engagement metrics
Oversee and manage a consistent performance appraisal system to drive performance with proper developmental feedback
Maintain pay plan and benefits programs in the US and PH
Assess developmental needs to create, implement and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Create hiring plans and hire accordingly based on business needs
Create and manage audits to ensure procedural compliance
Support management by proofing performance coaching documents and sitting in on termination meetings
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of Human Resource Management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
Superior interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize task and delegate as appropriate
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, and common practices
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and other related software
Desired Qualifications
SHRM Certification or equivalent
Experience in managing HR department for a US company
