Real estate disposition manager

We are looking to hire a highly motivated Dispositions Manager to make offers on properties/ send out purchase and sales agreements/ and do other disposition related tasks. If you are experienced and looking to for a company you can grow with, we would like to hear from you.


Responsibilities:
• Implement new strategies to market our properties effectively
• Follow up and close on leads
• Update Podio
• Find cash buyers for our properties and continuously update the buyers list
• Do property comps and propose property sale prices
• Post on Facebook and market place
• Create mailchimp email marketing
• Draft emails to send to our buyers list.
• Coordinate showings for buyers
• Renegotiate with sellers if needed

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in real estate disposition
• Ability to use podio
• Own a good Computer
• Have headset and webcam
• Have solid and good internet for communication
• Prior Experience with Real Estate Marketing
• Attention to Detail
• Highly Organized and Efficient
• Self Starter and Highly Motivated
• A quiet place to work from
• It is an added advantage if you have an experience working with investors that wholesale and find cash buyers for the US market
• Able to do Calls for a whole shift
• Ability to work on EST time zone
• 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday
• Hourly pay, Plus commission on each closed deal. Hourly rate can be increased according to performance
