We are looking to add cold callers to our team of real estate lead generators. Applicants should have sales experience, an interest in real estate and keen ---------- addition to hourly rate, bonuses are paid for each lead that results in a closing. Previous experience cold calling about real estate is REQUIRED. If you are not experienced, please do not apply. You will be contacting property owners and asking if they are interested in selling their house, while building rapport and determining the time period within which they are ready to sell. Script, Dialer, and Leads will be provided by the company. Applicants must have a good computer with strong internet speed and connection, functioning headset, a quiet working environment and a hard work ethic. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, punctual, honest and transparent people that are keen to work for a company that provides a career growth path.

Requirements:
1. Must be available for 40hrs per week and will not be expected to work with any other company during this time
2.Must have extensive (100+hrs) experience cold calling for a real estate company.
2. Must be available to work between 12pm and 8pm EST
3. Must be an excellent English speaker or native English speaker.
4. Must be familiar with Podio, Call rail and other tools
You will be provided with a script for your calls, and you will be qualifying leads
