URGENT HIRING - EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER

Work at the comfort of your home as an EMAIL MARKETING MANAGER for a skincare company. Your role will be to reach customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products and events. Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our company updates.

The monthly salary is negotiable and based on your experience and skills.

Main responsibilities:

- Run email marketing campaigns end-to-end
- Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
- Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization, and advanced features
- Conduct the standard QA process for all existing and new campaigns to ensure that the marketing communication meets the brand guidelines
- Manage email databases and create newsletters
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
- Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices


Minimum requirements:

- Proven work experience as an email marketing manager
- Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Experience working in the skincare industry is a huge plus

- Must be available to work 5 days a week, 9 hours a day (inclusive of a 1-hour break)
