Niches: dentol and/or E-commerce.

5. Good with numerical and data management.
6. Good verbal communication skills.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Dedicated.

10. Effective organizational ability.
11. Ability to understand nuances.
12. Easily spotting and solving problems.
13. Friendly and easy to work with.

Result base / Skills:
1. One or more year experience.
2. $70k or more on ads throughout career.
3. Independent.
4. Brilliant in facebook and Google ads.

Should have knowledge about:
1. Copyright
2. Funnel building
3. Website design etc...
Basically everything it takes to run a successful campaign (inside out) on your own.
