Proofpoint eMail Security Engineer

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent plus at least 3 years working with email security.
• Prefer experience with Proofpoint solution. Will consider experience with other email security solutions (i.e. Symantec Vontu/DLP, McAfee Email Protection, Baracuda, Spamassasin).
• Experience operating within a large scale, global environment.
• Experience with inbound/ outbound spam, phishing attacks.
• Knowledge of SPF, TLS, email relays, DNS propagation, email spam blacklists.
• CSSSP a plus in addition to other security certifications.
• Subject Matter Expert level knowledge in maintaining and managing email security technology.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to maintain technical and process documentation.
• Experience working in a team – oriented, collaborative, global environment.
• Shifting Schedule (90k Salary)
