Dialer Partner

At TOP Buyers we are currently hiring callers for our Dialer Partner ---------- this role, you will be the backbone of the company in reaching out to individuals in search of available properties. You will get a base pay every month and also commission for every lead closed. You will be calling individuals using our provided software. We offer full-time positions as well as part-time and look forward to welcoming interested candidates to our team, continuing to grow and be the best we can be. Work hours will be clocked at any time between the hours of 8 A.M. and 8 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.

* Working laptop or desktop
* Stable Internet Connection
* Willing to undergo training on various platforms
* Expected to have an open line of communication
* Accountable to expectations
* Quiet workspace or noise canceling headset
* Reliable and dedicated
* Belief in yourself
* Able to attend bi-weekly calls to train/review
* Open to learning new strategies and accepting leadership
* Strong and consistent work ethic
* Desire to succeed and improve daily

Responsibilities:
* Develop new sales opportunities via outbound calling.
* Clock-in and clock-out in the appropriate timeframe.
* Follow up on potential leads.
* Route qualified leads to the appropriate tea ---------- mbers.
* Keep in contact regularly with team lead about progress
* Continue to grow as a tea ---------- mber and determine how to better utilize your time and planning.
