Enthusiastic VA Ready To Learn All Aspects Of Business

Hey!

I am looking for an enthusiastic virtual assistant to join my team! For the right candidate, I am offering the opportunity to grow within the team and learn more and more new skills. Ideally, I would like to find somebody that I will be able to promote to manage writers and future VAs and help train them up as the business grows. You will gain a wealth of knowledge managing all aspects of the business and more hours and responsibility as time goes on.

You will be given video training and PDFs wherever necessary that you can refer back to but initially, your main workflow will be using Wordpress, Canva, Google Sheets/Google Docs and you may need to check over grammatical errors using Grammarly.

Please reply 'success' in your proposal to prove you read it, near the bottom, there are questions I would like you to answer. If this is not done, your application will not be considered.

The hours will increase depending on how you do with the initial role but there is no shortage of work for the ambitious and enthusiastic individual. And you can look forward to a productive but relaxed work relationship.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a short Zoom interview so we can get to know each other better.

Please ensure you meet the following requirements:
Fluent level of English
Knowledge of WordPress
Knowledge of Canva (you do not need to be a master graphic editor but some knowledge of basic editing, image resizing etc. would be good)

Additional Blogging & VA Tasks
Responding to emails (eventually)
Checking over posts using Grammarly Pro (provided)
Uploading and formatting posts (Headings, images, inserting table of contents, spacing) - how-to videos provided
Finding Related images on Canva, decompressing them, and adding featured images on WordPress
Adding Amazon product ASIN/product tables to posts (how to provided)
Interlinking relevant blog articles on my website
More tasks to be added as we progress.
