Responsibilities:
- Handle scheduling and dispatching duties
- Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls from customers
- Record significant information
- Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions to customers
- Ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven dispatch or logistics experience
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
- Active listener with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under stress, remain calm and handle distressed customers
- Can work during US hours
- Amenable to work full-time or part-time
