Quantum Strides LLC a company headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, United States is seeking full time Business Development Executive in the Philippines, who will support activities in the US Market. This is a work from home opportunity for individuals in the Philippines. The position will require working the night shift in Philippines and supporting the US working hours.
We are looking to identify a business development professional to promote, develop, and expand our staffing solutions business into the US marketplace. The successful candidate will establish and develop relationships with new prospects within varies adjacent growth targets as it relates to sales within Managed Services and staff augmentation services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies that will grow Quantum Strides Managed Services and Staffing Solution business within the US market -- featuring Managed Services, Managed Staffing, Staff Augmentation and Perm Placement.
2. Identify, develop and leverage relationships/ opportunities to win new business
3. Develop and manage key account base to achieve short and long term sales objectives.
4. Establishes strong client relationships through unsolicited outreach, cold calls, and networking.
5. Take ownership and accountability for revenue targets and sales projections.
6. Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
7. Drive the development of sales strategies that will produce consistent and predictable results.
8. Provide visibility into pipeline development and revenues by maintaining accurate records using CRM sales tool (Salesforce)
9.Acts as a key liaison between clients and Quantum Strides for the purposes of presenting sales presentations.
