IT / Engineering Recruiter (Philippines)

We are looking for a Seasoned IT / Engineering recruiters in Philippines. If you are a self-motivated individual with an appetite for growth this might be the job for you.

Required skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• 4+ years of recruiting experience
• Good understanding of sourcing candidates through traditional recruiting methods as well as through other means
• Proven track record of recruiting through cold calling, and lead generation
• Experience in web-based recruiting tools, including social media and job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience in interview preparation, placement and closing.
• Must be a self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
• Must be able to exercise independent judgment and maintain confidentiality.
• Must be determined to succeed, and willing to work hard.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Engineering.
