Store/Finance manager needed

i am in need of a Store/finance manager for two of my businesses, A e-commerce store (we are selling on a dutch platform similar to amazon) and a Graphic design business both based in the Netherlands.

What we want you to do:
- Make a monthly budget
- Calculate the profits
- Keep track of our ranking
- Analyse our competitors
- Keep track of our stock
- KPI Data entry
- Participate in payroll processes
- Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)’

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Knowledge of e-commerce/amazon and proven work experience or have done a course for this
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts)
- Time-management and organization skills

You will be getting a lot of responsibilities and you will be helping to optimize these processes in our growing business.
You can work when you want as long as you do what you have to do and report this.

You need to be available to work around 25 hours a week.
