Appshop researcher

I am currently working on a project in which I could use your help. I am setting up an in-app audio bookstore, where people can download audiobooks from the shop, make in-app payments and store the downloaded audiobooks in their very own online library. This brings some specific requirements:

- The app must have a personal login.
- I have to be able to write content myself.
- I have to be able to upload audiobooks myself.
- The audiobooks must have short previews cannot be sharable so must be encrypted.
- The books must be purchasable by the book aswell as by membership.
- Also a membership must be possible witch gives constumers the right to dowload 5 books a month.

I am looking for someone who can help me researching what the costs will be and how long it will take to create a ready to go in-app audiobookstore with these requirements.
