Inside sales agent (ISA) Manager

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -

- Manage day to day activities of the team and motivate the team in a monotonous job environment.
- Recruit, hire and train the new hires. Conduct role plays and calibrations.
- Team Management, Reporting (daily, weekly & monthly, Escalation management and meeting the KPIs and KRAs set for the team)
- Manage sales people and QA team that will listen to phone calls.
- Managing multiple clients at a time and being the point of contact & creating world class experience.
- Self motivated & responsible for delivering productivity metrics by maintaining quality metrics
- Contribute towards achieving company goals and objectives
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Great team player and adapt to our organization core values & culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 3 years of experience leading, managing, building and hiring a team
- Management experience in managing 10+ members
- Minimum 5 year of experience in International Voice Process (US)
- Excellent English communication skills (Verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
- Willingness to work in flexible rotating night shifts (Different time zones)
- Real Estate background is an added advantage

System/equipment requirements:
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
- Stable wired internet connection of at least 3 MBPS
- Wired USB noise-canceling headset
- Backup internet (pocket wifi)
- Backup workstation (preferred)

Compensation and Other Details:

- Paid training
- Base pay and commission after training with no ceiling of how much you can make!
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM - 6PM EST
- 40 hours per week
- Paid Vacation Time
- US Eastern Standard Time Zone
