I create various 2 to 4 property website a month. The website is in the property niche. The keyword targeted is average competitive. As the keyword is average competitive only, my goal is to get it rank in the top 3 position.

I am seeking full time seo staff in doing this.

I DO NOT need the staff to do keyword research as I am doing it myself.

The MAIN job is on OFF SITE SEO and local seo to improve the ranking.
You are to advise on onsite seo if necessary.
You are to provide the backlink report on the work that you have done.
