The MIS Specialist will provide world-class service by ensuring requirements for reports and analysis are submitted accurately and in a timely manner to the Executive team as well as all members of management team, Supervisors, and staff that are recipients of agreed reports. The job holder will also be responsible for ad hoc information as well as projects that require MIS expertise.

Job Description:
• Business Intelligence Reporting
• Develops and maintains report templates, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of accurate reports
• Develop and maintain report formatting and data presentation to conform to corporate reporting standards at all levels.
• Develop qualitative statistical analysis of available data to promote performance improvement in support of expectations and strategy.
• Deliver key metrics and statistical reporting to management for use in making business decisions.
• Create and run agent and management level scorecards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelors/ College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferably 1- 4 years experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/ Database Admin or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in any business intelligence software such as Crystal Report, Business Objects
• Excellent in Excel, VBA programming, SQL, Microsoft Access
• Highly Analytical, Strong quantitative and problem solving skills
• Must be open to shifting schedules
