Reszi Leasing Agent

Reszi is one of the fastest growing single family rental platforms in the US today. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for assisting with issuing door lock codes, lead management, and qualification through lease completion and "Reszident" or tenant move in for Reszi’s single-family rental homes using using web based software and an internet based phone service. This includes determining the needs, living standards and economic viability of future Reszidents. This position also provides current and prospective Reszidents with the best possible customer service to retain Reszidents, release properties, cultivate referrals, and keep vacancy rates as low as possible. This position is remote but could include weekends or weekdays and scheduling is flexible although hours need to be during US working hours. This position would require computer, phone skills and internet access.
