JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for Operations Managers with exceptional English (written & spoken) and a good command of technology to join our team.

This opportunity is to learn about the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, travel, etc.) and build an entire team to serve those industries. So if you are bored at your current job and looking for a challenging & fun job to work on, this is for you.

Pay is very competitive and is based on the level of English language ability and relevant work experience. Payout is done bi-weekly. We support everyone with training, management, and other resources so that they are always enabled to do their best and are as happy as possible in their roles.


Tasks will include (and evolve):
* Hiring and onboarding workers in the Philippines
* Team Management
* Reports and Documentation Creation
* Client and Vendor Management
* Calendar Management
* Operations Monitoring
* Process Optimization
* Social Media Management
* Customer/Client Onboarding
* Market Analyses

Requirements:
* At least 2 years experience managing a team of Virtual Assistants & Client Accounts
* Graduated from a good university
* Proven success in school or at work
* Full-time availability (40+ hours per week)
* Capable of working any time between 9 AM to 9 PM Pacific Standard Time (12 AM to 12 PM Philippine Time)
* Computer savvy and technical
* No other work commitments

* Would have prior experience working with a US-based company

This job is not a good fit for someone who:
* doesn't care about the team.
* can't think outside of what is told to them (not an independent thinker).
* who cannot lead effectively.
* makes a lot of excuses.
