Responsibilities:
1. Primary duties include but are not limited to:
2. Inbound lead intake
3. Identifying lead types
4. Building rapport with a focus on making a friend
5. Use our lead management script to further qualify and categorize
6. Handling objections
7. Lead management
8. Detailing notes for future conversations
9. Categorize leads according to the conversation
Basic Requirements:

1. Real Estate Experience of 1 or more years
2. Experience using real estate software

5. A personal computer with dual monitors
6. Reliable power and internet service

Compensation:
$5.00-$8.00 per hour + bonuses for every property closed!
Pay depends on experience
Paid one week training

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
