We are seeking a highly motivated and personable cold call specialist for our growing real estate team. We will provide you with our scripts and process maps. On a weekly basis, you will meet with your coach who will be providing you with continuous mentorship and feedback.

Our ideal candidate is someone who has the following traits:
5/5 Spoken and written English
Problem solving
Goal oriented
Comfortable on the phone with critical thinking abilities
Positive Attitude/Coachable - People who will excel in this position are open minded and receptive to constructive criticism
Ability to familiarize yourself with the technology that we use
Punctual
Detail oriented

Responsibilities:
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
Outbound and inbound calling
Gathering basic property info
Following a lead flow system
Follow scripts to gauge a seller’s interest and motivation
Ability to handle objections

Starting at $5.00 / HR + unlimited bonus potential

Schedule:
40 Hours / Week
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST
Tuesday – Saturday (40 Hrs/Week)

Provided:
1 Week of fundamentals training
1 on 1 weekly coaching and training calls
Dialing system


Basic Requirements:
