Flamingo Beach Realty is an established real estate business specializing in both residential and commercial sales, including luxury homes and condos with an ability to provide clients with a positive experience and hassle-free transactions through a focused, detail-oriented, customer-first approach to helping investors, developers, and sellers of properties in Costa Rica and we are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Assistant / SEO.

Are you

- A People Person
- Persistent, aggressive, and driven
- Excellent in communication
- Speak and write Great English
- Very organized
- Very detail-oriented
- Positive attitude
- Very Resourceful
- Able to start immediately.
- Able to work during 8 am - 5 pm CST, Monday to Friday
- Someone who has a minimum internet speed of at least 20mbps.

Job Description:

* Create flyers
* Create newsletters
* Email blasts
* Send monthly communications to sellers
* Load listings on our website
* Learn company CRM - Fresh Sales

Note: Knowledge in Constant Contact, Canva, and Fresh Sales is a plus
