JOB DESCRIPTION:
Receive telephone calls mostly coming from financial advisors and sometimes from clients, regarding investment products (mutual funds, segregated funds) that were purchased form a Sun Life Financial Advisor in
QUALIFICATIONS:
College graduate of any 4 year course
5.5 years maximum contact centre experience
1 year minimum experience of inbound call center
1.5-2 years tenure per company
Less than 4 years contact centre experience with other non-BPO experience
Life insurance/Financial LOBs with CSAT, AHT, FCR
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Residence should not be father than 2 hours from BGC (North: Bulacan; South: Calamba)
Must have 25mbps internet speed (postpaid with unlimited data)
Must have a conducive workspace at home
