At premoted, we work alongside Web 3 remote employers and their hiring teams. Through premoted, Web 3 remote employers can get their remote job positions promoted and advertised to the best global talent. Rather than relying on great remote workers finding their remote positions, premoted takes the remote job positions directly to the best remote workers.

Why are we hiring for this role?

There are 100s of remote Web 3 employers. That means we have 100s of potential clients to start outreach with. This role will help us spread the word of premoted and the core solution we provide to remote employers.

What will the candidate have to do every day?

The role will predominantly consist of the following:

Using the internet to research and find “remote employers” by following a predefined process and approach
Using existing job boards to find remote employers who already have remote job roles advertised and are looking for candidates
Using LinkedIn (and any other sources), finding the hiring manager/talent manager (HR manager, or anyone else similar) and connecting with them using an existing script.
Furthering the relationship with such contacts on LinkedIn via messaging, again using scripts and training (all of which will be provided).
Dependent on experience, conducting the first meeting with the potential client, explaining how premoted works, and attempting to get the client through to a sale.

Our goal is to try and get premoted to sell itself, i.e. through recorded videos, explainers, testimonials etc. It is not the case that every client will need to have a meeting in order to buy from premoted.

Experience, Skills etc.

A great user of the internet and the computer.
Advanced English language, especially in terms of reading and writing.
A plus and preference is given to those who have conversational English.
Hard working, integral, dedicated, trustworthy.
Really good organisational skills- can keep track of 100s of leads, where each one is at, what is needed, remembering to reply to messages and emails etc.
